Every item in this store is custom made made when you order – just like training, there are no shortcuts. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is produced specifically for you, which means we cannot restock or resell returned products.
We believe in quality, transparency, and getting it right from the start. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll step up and make it right. Just email us at support@hugemarq.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it.
We do not accept returns for:
